GREG ORMAN'S POLITICAL DONATIONS

$1,000 to Harry Reid

Greg Orman says he doesn't know if he will vote to keep Democrat Harry Reid as Senate Majority Leader. But there are a THOUSAND reasons to beleive he will help keep Democrats in control of the Senate if he gets elected.

$4,600 to Barack Obama

Greg Orman not only voted for Obama, he donated the maximum legal amount to his campaign. Can we expect Greg Orman to stand up to Obama's liberal agenda?

$4,600 to Hillary Clinton

Looks like Greg Orman is "Ready for Hillary"!!! If Hillary Clinton runs for President again in 2016, will Greg Orman support her candidacy yet again?

$9,400 to the Kansas Democratic State Committee

The Kansas Democratic State Committee actually wants to NOT have a Senate candidate on the ballot. It makes sense- Greg Orman is major donor to their organization.

$500 to Al Franken

This isn't a joke. Greg Orman made a donation to liberal Senator Al Franken (D-Minn).

MSNBC ON DEMOCRAT GREG ORMAN

"Senator Reid’s office has adamantly denied that they had anything to do with getting Taylor out of the race, although it’s probably pretty clear that you know they wouldn’t go ahead and do anything else like this without leadership blessing."
- Morning Joe

"I do think Democrats as you suggest are quite interested in electing Greg Orman in the state of Kansas because they do think at the end of the day he’ll end up caucusing with them in Washington."
- UP with Steve Kornaki

ANOTHER VOTE FOR THE OBAMA AGENDA

CHECK OUT THE DEBATE

"Orman too often stayed true to his root answers, which were to complain — accurately enough — about all the partisanship in Washington.

Problem is, Kansas voters need to see what Orman would do differently in the nation’s capital. And while Orman did point out a few differences with Roberts, he failed to attack intensely enough when he should have done so, such as on immigration reform and fiscal policies in Washington."

COURT DOCUMENTS

In 2011, Wall Street tycoon Rajat Gupta was charged by federal prosecutors with insider trading. At the time, Gupta's personal fortune stood at over $100 million. Greg Orman and his wealth management firm managed Gupta's finances. In the months that followed, Orman and his firm did everything in their power to help Gupta - all at the expense of federal prosecutors. According to court records, Orman spent several hundred hours working with Gupta on his legal defense, leaked documents federal prosecutors obtained from his firm to Gupta, and he was part of a desperate, last-ditch scheme by Gupta's legal team to keep him out of prison. When a federal prosecutor learned of Orman's role in the scheme, he said Orman lacked credibility and his testimony would be a total contradiction of what other witnesses had said. A few days later, the prosecution prevailed. Gupta was fined over $13 million and is currently imprisoned.

During the course of the Gupta case, federal investigators and prosecutors took a serious interest in Orman and his firm. They subpoenaed four years of his communications with Gupta and he was deemed more important to depose than Gupta's wife. Orman was called to give secret testimony before a grand jury, and his firm turned over an untold amount of Gupta records to investigators.
